Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is https://imagezen.net. For any privacy questions write to info@imagezen.net.

What personal data we collect and why

  • Account details —When you register we record your e-mail address and a hashed password so that you can sign in and manage your subscription.
  • Upload content —To provide the image-hosting service you upload images to your private library. Those files are stored so they can be served through our CDN and updated everywhere you use our links.
  • Payment information —At checkout you enter your card or other payment details on the secure pages of our third-party payment processor. ImageZen never sees or stores full card numbers; we receive only the transaction reference so we can activate your plan.
  • Technical data —Our servers log the IP address, browser details and requested resources to keep the platform secure and to diagnose problems.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies:

  • Auth/session cookies – keep you logged in while you move round the dashboard (expire when you log out or close the browser).
  • Payment provider cookies (Stripe & LemonSqueezy) – required to process your payment; they appear only on the checkout pages and disappear when the payment flow ends.

Who we share your data with

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Our payment processor (for billing).
  • Your images with hosting/CDN partners who store and deliver them.

How long we retain your data

Your account data and image library remain while your subscription is active. After you cancel, we keep:

  • Billing records—7 years (tax/legal obligation).
  • Support e-mails or tickets—2 years (to resolve follow-up issues).
  • Server logs—30 days (security).

Your rights

You can at any time request to:

  • Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and images (unless we must keep data for legal reasons).

Where your data is sent

Account-related e-mails (confirmations, password resets, invoices) are routed through our e-mail service provider. Payments are handled on the payment processor’s systems. Uploaded images are distributed worldwide through our CDN so they load quickly wherever they are viewed.
